PRBLMS - 11% triple IPA hopped with 50% Mosaic hops, 25% Citra, and 25% Enigma hops. Full bodied, citrusy, and dangerously easy to drink.
Deathless - 5.5% traditional Märzen style lager clocking in at 5.5%. Toasted, biscuity malt with some beautiful caramel complexity and floral European hops make for such an amazingly crisp, fall lager.
Broz Broz Night Night - 9% double dry-hopped version of our Citra DIPA Broz Night Out. This one turned out insane. We love the base beer, but with the DDH treatment, it's just cray cray.
Cinnamon Streusel Hornswoggler - 7% For this version of our robust house chocolate milk stout, we conditioned the base Stout on hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of pounds of Cinnamon Streusel Crunch. What is Cinnamon Streusel Crunch you ask? You know those sugary, crunchy, cinnamon packed crumbles on top of a coffee cake? That's what it is! We also put a small amount of vanilla/cinnamon flavored coffee in there for good measure. It tastes like if you put a whole coffee cake and a ton of Hershey's chocolate syrup into a blender. So tasty!
Kendellson - 8.5% DIPA named after everyone's favorite icon of the sports. Hopped intensely with Australian Galaxy, Amarillo, and Citra. We also added a small amount of Virginia Wildflower Honey to the kettle.
Goose Goose Bumpz Bumpz - 8% double dry-hopped version of our DIPA Goosebumpz featuring an even blend of Mosaic, El Dorado, and Amarillo hops.
Creep - 9% fuller bodied DIPA with some intentional residual sweetness created without adding lactose. **CREEP DOES NOT CONTAIN LACTOSE!** We then added a ton of whole pumpkin pies to the mash resulting in a subtle flaky pie crust character with the slightest hint of pumpkin pie spice. Then we hopped CREEP intensely with Enigma, Motueka, and a touch of Citra hops.
redferrari - 8% riff on our luxuriously soft 8% DIPA whiteferrari. redferrari undergoes the same brewing process, same malt profile, and same hopping techniques as whiteferrari. The only difference between the two is whiteferrari is hopped 50/50 with Citra and Galaxy hops while redferrari is hopped 50/50 with Mosaic and Galaxy hops. Same incredibly soft mouthfeel and beautiful Galaxy character, this time complimented by the dank, bright stone fruit/tropical fruit characters from the Mosaic addition.
Manayunk used to draw an almost exclusively college-aged crowd, but we all grow up eventually, and the big kids are starting to notice that this neighborhood has an answer for just about every adult problem there is; moreover, 4103 Apple Street has you covered when you're finally ready to "play house." Need easy commuting access by car and train? Done. Space for all that adult junk you've been collecting (and the new stuff you can't wait to buy)? Yep, it's got it. Walking distance to restaurants that don't have paper napkins, furniture stores that aren't Ikea, and beer that's entirely inappropriate for flip cup? Got that, too. And now that you've moved from somersaults to downward dog and rather than riding your bike, you "cycle," you're going to be pleased with all the fitness options in the area, too. Long story short, Manayunk is excited to show you how grown up it is. Come see the neighborhood and 4103 Apple Street--they might even put on a tie for you.
Think this opportunity will last forever? You know nothing.
You have precious little time left to sign up for our private tasting event featuring beers from The Alchemist, Trillium and The Veil. We stood in line for hours in three different states to bring you this beer lineup, and it's almost time to start announcing the winners. You can enter from now until June 4th, and we'll notify winners by June 5th at the latest--make sure you check your email!

We're trying this new fad called blogging. I believe its "blogging" or "blowging," it might be a long "O," I'm not sure. But apparently you just write for an extended period of time.
